Jon Bondebjerg
CEO
Jon Bondebjerg comes from a position as Patent Attorney in Budde Schou A/S and from 2004 to 2007 he worked as Senior Research Scientist and Project Coordinator in Arpida, a Swiss antibiotics company. Previously he worked as Project Manager in Combio A/S, a small Danish biotech company spun-out from research in combinatorial screening technologies at Carlsberg Laboratory. Jon Bondebjerg has a M. Sc. in Chemistry from University of Copenhagen and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from The Danish Pharmaceutical University and Carlsberg Laboratory.
Henrik Blou
Founder and COO
Henrik Blou worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company from 2004 to 2006. He focused on Operations Management and Strategy within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Before joining McKinsey & Company he took a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Technical University of Denmark and was awarded "Best Biotech Thesis of the Year". During his studies he specialized in Fermentation Technology and Metabolic Engineering.
Torsten Bak Regueira
Founder and CSO
Ph.D. Torsten Bak has worked with discovery, cloning and heterologous expression of novel fungal polyketide synthases from 2003 to 2006 at Technical University of Denmark. During this project, he obtained a thorough knowledge and experience on fungal genetics as well as characterization and fermentation. The project was performed at Center for Microbial Biotechnology, at the Technical University of Denmark under the Supervision of Prof. Jens Nielsen. Part of the programme took place at the Department of Biomolecular Chemistry at the Leibniz-Institute for Natural Products Research and Infection Biology in Jena, Germany, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Christian Hertweck.

Kenneth Thermann Johansen is a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Technical University of Denmark and did his master thesis at University of Queensland, Australia. His work focus on natural products chemistry and especially purification and structure elucidation of novel, bioactive compounds (HPLC, NMR, LC-MS etc).
